This was the best travel i have. everything is so good from the accommodation to the hostess is all perfect. Walking distance for all beautiful spot. Near to shopping area, restaurant, cable car, and even bars. The good thing is this accommodation is a sound proof. We slept quietly even bars are so near. The view is unbelievable. Every morning you can see 2 to 3 cruise outside. You don’t need to go somewhere because the sunset is infront of you. The hostess is very kind. She wait us and sure us to locate and got our room even we are so late. She gives recommendation about the good restaurant nearby and activities we can do at the area. In Gods will. We want to go back again 🥹

### Caldera's Bliss Suite 先小人後君子：如果你是衝著Santorini那種超級夢幻、Instagram級的絕美套房而來，這裡可能不是你的首選。房間設計雖然舒適，但視野和裝潢沒有那種讓人心跳加速的華麗感，感覺更像是一間實用型的度假屋。不過，話說回來，優點真的多到讓你忽略小缺點！首先，位置簡直是王道，超級正中，絕對冇得輸。從這裡出發，無論是要去Oia看日落、Fira逛街、Red Beach晒太陽，還是直奔機場，都有一程巴士就能搞定，省時又方便。晚上睡覺超寧靜，房間隔音一流，讓你能好好休息；但一出門，外頭的夜生活就熱鬧非凡，酒吧、餐廳應有盡有，完美平衡了安靜與活力。Jacuzzi泡泡澡的部分也意外不錯，雖然不是無邊際泳池，但躺在裡頭看星星，還是挺療癒的。總之，推薦給注重位置和實用性的旅客，性價比高，住一次就愛上！

This hotel showed a complete lack of flexibility. I accidentally booked the wrong date, but realized it immediately and contacted both the booking platform and the hotel two weeks before check-in to request a refund or a date change. I noted that the same room type was still available, yet the hotel refused all solutions—including a refund, rescheduling, or even paying the price difference for the current rate. This was utterly unacceptable. As a result, we had to book another hotel but were still charged the full amount for this booking due to their rigid policy. Furthermore, we were shocked to discover that this hotel doesn't even have a front desk. A staff member suggested meeting at a McDonald's to hand over the keys, which is both unprofessional and raises serious red flags about the legality and safety of this establishment. We strongly advise against staying here.

Honestly the best hotel! The view is just stunning you can't beat it 😍 the location is great too its so close to everything and is right in the centre of fira ! We had such an amazing stay we would definitely come again! The host was so amazing and helped us with everything!!! They gave us such good recommendations ☺️
